Aylin Gözen

For over 25 years, Aylin Gözen has provided Strategic Marketing and Brand Consulting to leading companies and institutions nationally and internationally. She has been involved in large-scale innovative projects and has contributed to global initiatives that bring together different cultures, creating value through inspiring campaigns and strategic approaches.

Among her international consulting engagements, she provided advisory services to DMCC, a government initiative in Dubai, during its early years, gaining an insider's understanding of the market and establishing long-standing connections.

Gözen is a member of the Marketing and Sustainability Committees at the World Jewellery Confederation (CIBJO), an advisor to the Jewelry Exporters Association, and a member of the Supervisory Board at the Istanbul Jewelers Chamber. He has previously held memberships in leading global organizations such as the World Diamond Council (WDC) and the International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA). He has regularly contributed to columns and trend pages in many magazines in Turkey, as well as to World Diamond Magazine, published by the World Diamond Exchange Confederation. He has also appeared in various TV series on Turkey's leading television channels.

Today, he continues his work through international association and council activities, strategic consulting for companies, books he has published, and projects that bring jewelry together with art and design. At the same time, he carries out original marketing activities aimed at raising consumer awareness and increasing sales in the sector.

With a special trade platform to be established in Dubai, supported by partners and strong business partners in the field, h will continue to inspire new generation collaborations by building a strategic bridge aimed at increasing exports and helping brands achieve real success in the field.

Osman Dinçbaş

Osman Dinçbaş began his career in 1984 as an audit assistant at Ernst & Young's Istanbul office. He was later transferred to the company's Hartford and New York offices in the United States, where he worked for a total of three years.

Osman Dinçbaş was promoted to Managing Director of Ernst & Young Turkey at the end of 2003 and held this position until the end of 2010. He also served as a member of the Ernst & Young Southeast Europe Regional Management Committee and as Regional Head of Human Resources.

Osman Dinçbaş established his own consulting firm in early 2012, providing both investment support and strategic management support to domestic and international startups and entrepreneurs. He also provides strategic risk consulting, risk management, fraud detection and prevention consulting, internal audit, and internal control consulting services to domestic and foreign companies.

Appointed as Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance in 2018, Osman Dinçbaş resigned from this position at the beginning of 2021 and served as Ministerial Advisor until the beginning of 2023. As Deputy Minister, Osman Dinçbaş worked closely with all units of the Ministry of Finance and also served as Chairman of the “Internal Audit Coordination Board,” the supervisory body for all public internal auditors.

Osman Dinçbaş has served as an independent board member at various times for companies such as Petkim Petrochemical Inc., AVİVASA, Aksigorta, and Carrefoursa.

During his tenure as a senior executive at Ernst & Young, Osman Dinçbaş made personal contributions to the promotion and support of entrepreneurship in Turkey. One of the founding members of the Endeavour Turkey association, which supports young and successful entrepreneurs, Osman Dinçbaş also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Genç Başarı Vakfı” (Young Success Foundation) for six years, the Turkish branch of the international “Junior Achievement” organization, which aims to introduce high school students to the business world and encourage entrepreneurship.

Osman Dinçbaş also served as a member of the Board of Directors of he International Investors Association (YASED) for three consecutive terms between 2004 and 2010.

Serdar Yolgeçen

His career in organization, promotion, marketing, and advertising began at university and has now spanned 30 years.

After university, he focused on creative advertising, strategic advertising, and developing new campaigns, continuing his work at various national and international agencies.

He held positions such as director, manager, managing partner, and finally established his own company in 2011, transitioning to a fully independent structure.

To date, he has produced marketing and advertising strategies for over 100 new products and managed and participated in the creative, digital, advertising performance, and production processes for over 25 new brands and company launches.

He has had the opportunity to work with dozens of international brands such as Unilever, L'Oréal, Pfizer, and Google, as well as national brands like Ülker, Turkcell, Abdiibrahim, and Garanti.

Closely following the world's rapid digitalization process, he has been involved in various start-up projects before and during the Covid period and continues to do so. He was personally involved in the start-up creation and marketing journey in the field of eye health at Koç University, and last year the project received a €3.5 million grant from the European Union fund.

During the same period, he launched a new startup project based in the Netherlands with a team of four people. The project aims to become the number one application in its field by optimizing the global transportation and product delivery system with artificial intelligence support. It has received €350,000 in investment in the first round of investment so far.

He will continue to leverage all this experience and expertise to help developing companies in Turkey directly access key global markets such as Dubai & the Middle East, followed by the UK and the US.

Evren Arasil

Since 2000, Evren Arasil has been working in many areas such as advertising, marketing, campaign management, and production services. With his professional photography and directing skills, he has also shot creative advertising films for many local and international brands. The brands he has served include many international and domestic brands such as Coca-Cola, Türk Telekom, TRT, Lacoste, and Levi's. In addition, he has carried out projects with textile and jewelry companies.

Arasil, who has held senior management positions in advertising agencies serving the Turkish market and globally, has worked to express the stories of brands in the most effective way.

He has worked as a visual arts director on various projects at angel investment associations and platforms, primarily Endeavor, to instill an entrepreneurial spirit and guide future entrepreneurs. He has prepared training programs with many of Turkey's leading and successful startup brands.

Arasıl, who currently works on advertising and marketing projects with local and international brands, aims to leverage the experience gained in creative industries through Neomena to build a globally impactful e-commerce platform.
